Learn Gracie Jiu-Jitsu directly from the source! 8th Degree Red-Black belt, Relson Gracie regularly travels across the country and the world for seminars, teaching his own style of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. The devil is in the details and Relson delivers with outstanding instruction. Relson breaks down the most complex Gracie Jiu-Jitsu techniques so a beginner with absolutely no experience in grappling can easily learn it, and adds so much detail that a world champion will need to take notes. Relson teaches children as young as 5 years old up through adults in their 80’s. Relson’s father, Grandmaster Helio Gracie actively practiced Gracie Jiu-Jitsu into his 90s!
